Return Policy & Process

If physical goods are sold, customers may return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected and approved. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you experience a dispute, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve disputes in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital services may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund if work has already begun.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Our services comply with U.S. export laws. Products or services may not be provided to countries or individuals subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions.

Terms & Conditions of Promotions

Promotions and discounts are valid only during the advertised dates. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Each customer is limited to one promotional redemption per campaign.

We reserve the right to remove any discount from an invoice for nonpayment, as it falls outside of the advertised date.

Website Hosting

We offer both yearly and monthly hosting plans to keep your website online, secure, and running smoothly. Each plan includes up to 30 minutes of free website updates per month at no additional charge, so you can request small content changes or adjustments as needed.
